Denver Sistas' Circle Meetup is calling all sistas who are ready to put aside judgments and let down their facades. It's time for us to embrace, encourage, and support each other. This meetup is looking for those professional, cool, "real" black women in their late 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s. My hope is that all of us sistas can bond and develop genuine friendships that will last a lifetime. So, ladies, let's build a network just for us. One where we can let our hair down, chat, laugh, cry, and just be!

Shades of Brown book club was founded by two women new to the Denver area. The book club is open to African American sistahs who not only enjoy and appreciate Black literature, but also understand its value and importance to our Community. This is a social and support group for mothers of biracial children. My child is black and white, however, this group is for any family with biracial children who would like community support with a group of people with something in common.

Ultimately we are a support group for women who wear their hair in its natural state, who are transitioning from the chemical process and for those who are undecided.
